Removing rodent ladders

Since we are all out doing house projects and yard work with all this extra time on our hands I wanted to offer a little reminder that little creatures are moving into eaves and attics. Some of them have been watching hedges and trees get ever closer to top floor access and this spring may be the estimated move in date.

Take some time to go around your house and think about how these clever, agile little critters will make their bold move from outdoor to indoor living. I recommended that you trim back or remove all vegetation where contacting the house. Provide clearance of 4 feet for tree branches and 18 inches for other vegetation.

A little trimming maintenance now will save you hundreds and even thousands of dollars of clean-up later!
