The rate schedule is simple. It is based on the size (square footage) of your home whether it be a traditional, mobile, manufactured, or town home. The standard home inspection includes a structural pest inspection with a wood-destroying organism diagram. An electronic version of your report is created and emailed to you within 24 hours of the inspection. This concise report includes pictures and descriptions of the issues and will be a valuable tool in negotiations and prioritizing upcoming repairs. Note: There is a $15 discount applied if the inspection fee is paid with cash or check at the time of inspection.
Homes (up to 2,999sf) – $540
